I knew that the salt in java post would be popular ... and I knew it was a great chance to really target some keywords and try to figure out what I was
lacking in my monetizing set up, but I had NO idea it would (at an age of 4 months, I wrote it in February) be only a few reads from passing every single blog post I have posted in Nucleus since I began posting here in 2010ish...
So perhaps you tried that and you're wondering what else you can do to make your next cuppa java javarific! You can of course purchase a grinder, find a good bean that suits your fancy, grind it fresh, get your water to the exact temperature and then brew it, all the while hovering over it and observing temperatures and such as if you're trying to develop the formula for kryptonite - but for many that's just not feasible..
Therefore I bring you a few more tips for "regular every day people" that will raise the bar on your morning ((or afternoon)) cup of Joe to Javarific new heights:
2. Use "good coffee"... I can't stress this enough. It may be that you drink your coffee in the morning solely for the purpose of a caffeine jolt to wake yourself up - but I don't... My coffee does give me an extra kick, yes - but I enjoy the coffee ... It's not uncommon for me to be on a second pot by noon.. Point being, if you want to really enjoy your coffee, find a roast that suits you - check out a nice dark name brand roast. My favorite "over the counter" coffee is Folger's Black Silk.
3. Use a Paper Filter? Rinse it before using... Would you run your coffee through a sheet of your kid's school paper? (They do still have to have PAPER, don't they) Of course you wouldn't... So just run that paper filter under the water for a second and then put in into the basket and continue adding your coffee (and salt, if you use it).
